With this class you will learn the fundamentals of ingredients and the differences between DME's and All-Grain brewing. Learn the right yeasts to use, and proper fermentation processes.
Learning the needs of the proper Gravity readings to ensure the right ABV (alcohol by volume) and knowing the correct time and temperature to pitch yeast cultures.
The final process of making a great beer, is knowing when and how to bottle or can your final product to ensure proper storage and conditioning of your beer.
Class size is limited so please Pre-register for the next class. Each class last 2 weeks.
